Epson sc t3170x counter reset not working

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson SC T3170X printer and I have been having issues with resetting the counter. I have followed all the instructions provided by Epson, but the counter reset function just doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their printer? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
