I'm having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson ET 3600 printer. I've tried following the instructions online, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Can anyone offer some advice or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.
