I'm having an issue with my Epson printer as it is showing a message that the ink pad needs service. I have tried troubleshooting it myself but haven't had any luck. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? If so, could you please share any tips or advice on how to resolve it? Thank you in advance for your help.
