Epson sc t5170m counter reset not working

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson SC T5170M printer and I am having trouble with resetting the counter. I have tried following the instructions provided by Epson but it doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to successfully reset the counter on my printer.
